RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 7 days from the date you received your items to return it. After 7 days have passed the return will no longer be valid.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Only store credit can be issued unless it's a mishap on our behalf. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your store credit or exchange item has been sent.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will be able to further assist you. Please be sure to include your name, order #, and tracking number along with pictures of the damaged goods.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If your item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc. then you will be responsible to pay for reshipment. Once we have received your returned package you will be contacted via text or email. Once the payment is received your order will be shipped out on the following business day. NOTE: We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
